Presale Info, Tickets & Dates For Steve Miller Bands 2017 Summer Tour With Peter Frampton

When Steve Miller and Peter Frampton take to the road later this year for a sizable run of North American tour dates, it will represent the first time that the two legends combine forces. Creative endeavors such as this are becoming commonplace in the modern era of music in which touring is far more profitable than releasing studio albums.

Here are five of the biggest and most highly-anticipated shows on the upcoming schedule.

Holmdel – PNC Bank Arts Center

Interestingly enough, this is not the first time that a major tour has begun at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey. Miller and Frampton will release everything they have plotted, planned and rehearsed in the prior months in front of a sold-out-out audience at this comfortable venue.

New Jersey is a state that major artists visit on a regular basis. One would have to comb through the records of the last five decades in order to conclude how many times each of these artists have touched down in The Garden State, but suffice to say that both have played New Jersey venues in the past.

Estero – Germain Arena

Stadiums built to host professional hockey teams also double as perfect environments for hosting huge concerts. The Germain Arena in Estero, Florida qualifies.

The Stadium hosts between 7,000 and 8,300 for live concerts, depending on the stage arrangement. It is unclear as of press time exactly which configuration Miller and Frampton are going to use, but fans who purchase floor-level seats can be sure that they will be within yelling distance of the living legends of rock ‘n roll.

Kansas City – Starlight Theatre

The Starlight Theater in Kansas City is a well-built and perfectly-placed venue for live music that rises high above the surrounding flattened landscape on the mid-American planes.

Originally re-opened to the public in 1951 after breaking ground a quarter-century prior, Starlight is going to be filled to its capacity of just under 8,000 when Steve Miller and Peter Frampton take to the stage on the evening of July 29.

Morrison – Red Rocks

The Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado is perhaps the single greatest musical venue that blends natural environment with the greatest acts of all musical genres. Rock formations that are millions if not billions of years old flank two sides of a venue that brings fans from far and wide. On the final evening of July, it will host one of the biggest concerts on this 2017 tour featuring two of the biggest rock ‘n roll artists from the second half of the 20th century.

Los Angeles – Greek Theatre

The Greek Theater in Los Angeles pales in historic comparison to the Greek Theater in Greece, but the LA version is an amazing venue situated perfectly into the Southern California hills that has been hosting huge events since it opened to the public in late 1930.

Miller and Frampton performing at this longtime venue continues their theme of rocking outdoor amphitheaters that have been around for several decades. This tour is going to be one of the biggest in 2017 for several fans who have been around for a long time. Tickets to this show and all others are readily available.
